Lost and found

Many student items get left behind all around Gladys Jung Elementary. We, as a school, will try to reunite those lost items with their rightful owners to the best extent of our abilities. However, if your child's name is not on the item, that attempt becomes much more difficult. It is our recommendation that you put your child's name on items before sending them to school. Usually a Sharpie (permanent) marker works well.

Gladys Jung Elementary will post reminders and messages through social media near the end of each school month regarding lost and found items. No specific items will be named. Parents and students will have until the end of the month to examine the items for their own property. If, at the end of each school month, items haven't been collected by the rightful owner, Gladys Jung Elementary will deliver those items to outside resources as donations; items may be disposed if in unserviceable condition.

Gladys Jung Elementary will not be responsible for lost or stolen items.
