Reminder: Beginning-of-Year Forms

Dear GJE Parents and Guardians,

As we get the school year underway, this is a friendly reminder to return any beginning-of-year forms and paperwork sent home with your child.

This includes:

- Media Release Forms
- FERPA Forms
- Any other beginning-of-year forms or packets that still need to be completed and returned

Having these forms returned helps us keep our student records up to date and ensures we have the necessary permissions and information for each student.

Please send completed forms back to school with your child as soon as possible. If you are unsure whether you have turned in all required paperwork or need another copy of a form, please contact the school.
