GJE Playground Safety Update

Hello families and students of Gladys Jung!

We are thrilled to announce that our new playground is coming along beautifully! We are so excited for our students to enjoy it once the school year begins. While it may look ready, the playground is still an active construction site. For everyone's safety, the playground is closed until construction is complete and it has been officially opened. 

Please do not enter the construction area or allow children to play on the equipment. This includes climbing or hopping over the construction fence; the fence is in place to protect everyone while contractors complete their work, and entering the site creates a safety risk. 

Thank you for your cooperation, and we look forward to celebrating the playground's opening together soon! 

Important Dates to Note:
Monday, August 10 - start of Cross Country practice
Friday, August 14 - Open House (meet the teacher), time TBD
Monday, August 17 - first day of school!
