The District has announced plans for remote learning for the week of August 24th. Gladys Jung staff is busy gathering supplies for your child to be successful while starting the school year remotely.
While we all would like to start the school year off in person, we all need to be flexible as this pandemic continues. These first weeks we will be starting with paper and pencil projects. Here are some things you need to know.
You will need to pick up your child’s materials at Gladys Jung Elementary on Monday, August 24th, between 1:00 pm and 5:30 pm or Tuesday, August 25th, from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm. If these times do not work for you, please contact the front office at 543-4440 to arrange a different time.
If the remote learning continues beyond September 8th, we will be shifting some of our learning styles and sending home Ipads for student learning. We will continue to try to engage students in many different manners to help the learning to continue at home.
