On December 6th students in the
cooking club
participated in a cook-off competition. They had one class prior to the
event to choose a recipe and create a plan. The day of the cook-off
students had 45 minutes to prepare their dishes before judges from the
community entered the room to score their dishes. Dishes featured
included Moose T-Bone with vegetables, Moosy Mac and Lemon Chicken and
rice with vegetables. Each group presented their dish explaining how it
was made and answering any questions asked. They displayed great
teamwork and persevered even when challenges arose. Way to go
cooking club!!! What a great end to our semester together!!!
